Spirulysat®

Spirulina is a cyanobacterium, or blue-green algae, belonging to the Arthrospira genus. The most common species are Spirulina maxima and Arthrospira platensis.

Spirulina contains around 60% protein in dry form. It is particularly suitable for vegan or vegetarian diets. Low in calories, Spirulina has an interesting amount of fatty acids and is rich in iron, vitamins A and B12, and minerals. It has beneficial effects as a food, which have been scientifically recognized. It is a source of antioxidants, strengthens the immune system and improves the tone and vitality of the body.

Chlorella

Chlorella is a microscopic, single-celled green algae that grows in fresh water.

Very concentrated in chlorophyll, it contains 60% of proteins useful for human consumption. Its composition is very interesting because it is rich in vitamins A, B, C, E and K, mineral salts and various trace elements.
The nutritional composition of Chlorella vulgaris is strongly influenced by cultivation methods, climatic conditions and the culture medium. As with all microalgae, it must be cultivation with rigor and attention to detail.

Low-sodium marine magnesium

The Marais Salants (Salt Marshes) of Guérande, a protected area classified Natura 2000, is an emblematic place for the traditional salt harvest in the West of France.

The seawater of the last salt evaporation basins, basins in which salt workers collect salt throughout the summer season, are the waters that are the most naturally concentrated in minerals and trace elements, including magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, sodium and potassium. This nutritional richness, capable of satisfying recommended daily intakes with reduced quantities, makes Spirugrass a food or nutraceutical ingredient of top quality.
